Learning All You Can

Several years ago I was in a business that I had to learn to do something completely different than anything I had ever done. I discovered then that the more I learned, the more money I made. So I became a sponge. I listened to everyone who would talk about that business. Did I succeed? Yes! I became a manager in less than a month and within a year, I also had the fastest growing unit in the company and I placed 4th in all over sales. I believed in what I was doing and I loved it. Now, that I am writing, and it is a completely different career for me, I am learning all that I can. I have taken several courses on different elements in this business. Right now I am taking two courses. One is Brainstorming. The other is Breaking In, about getting your manuscript published.

I also signed up for a wonderful training with Writing Careen Coach. Each day I get a reminder of something I need to be doing that day. The reminders are different each day. It may be to keep up with the words you write, set goals or read something on the business side of writing. Tiffany Colter has put some very good ideas together. She has a track sheet that I love. It keeps me motivated. I signed up for the Free E-Training Program. There is so much helpful information with it. Tiffany also has a three month program for a fee. It is not expensive and I am getting ready to sign up for it. I've also been impressed with Tiffany and her honest approach to business. You can find the link on the left of this page.
