New Cell Phone

Finally, my new cell phone came in yesterday. The old dark ages cell phone is gone. Now I am in the modern age with a flip phone. My daughter is one step up, she has a slider. Okay, I like my flip phone.

It's amazing how much you depend on one of these little fellows. My husband's rings to the music of "When the Saints Go Marching In." That's a shock when the alarm clock is set and you don't know it. I sat right up in the bed and couldn't find that noise at 6 in the morning. I did everything but pull the radio plug out of the wall. Finally, he said, "It's my cell phone." Just to do him one up, I put "Hallelujah" on mine.

Now, I'm trying to put all my numbers in my new phone. My numbers were not saved to my SIMS card, but to my dead phone. If you gave me your cell phone number, I won't be calling you until you give it to me again.

For my own benefit, I thought I would see if they had any information for putting your phone in the washer. There was not one thing about getting your phone wet, but there was information about putting your phone in the microwave.

How many people have put their phone in the microwave? I have never heard of that before, but I do know of one person, myself, who put their phone in the washer. I have no idea how I would put my phone in the microwave, but I do see how it could go in the washer. Who would intentionally put their phone in the microwave? Who would unintentionally put their phone in the microwave? I can see the way my mind is working now, that I might do it, since I look for my pots and pans in the freezer. But, I don't think I would put my phone in the microwave.

My hubby and I have a morning out today. My sis is coming to stay with my mom, so we have a date to go shopping. He needs clothes, but I am pretty good. I know I won't walk away empty handed.

Everyone have a wonderful day. It's beautiful here in Tennessee and is supposed to be warm. Yea!
